Kimball loves to laugh

I promised Amber that I would put up a video of Kimball laughing. Little Man loves to laugh and is especially ticklish when he's naked. He is getting so big I can hardly believe it. He is truly a joy to have in our family.




Bruce, unfortunately, is still jealous of the doting attention that the baby gets. The pee problem has continued if not expanded in scope. Our new tactic has been to force Bruce outside as much as possible including first thing in the morning. Bruce HATES going outside first thing in the morning (no doubt because it's butt-freezing cold) and has started to put his foot down. Just yesterday, after opening his crate, I told him he needed to go outside. He went right back in. So a few minutes later I coaxed him out, petted him, and told him he needed to go outside. He went right back in his crate. This continued. So, this morning he didn't come out of the crate until he was sure that I wasn't going to make him go outside. Sometimes, I feel like Bruce is the one training us.

Happy Anniversary, Sweets. These last two have been the best years of my life.

The danger of a video camera

One morning I found myself startled awake by a bright light in my eyes. Behind the light was my husband and I wondered why he was using a flashlight to navigate the room. It was no flashlight and here are the results of his impromptu filming. I really ought to find a way to get him back.

This is a video of Kimball's First Swaddle Bath in the hospital on Sunday September 28th. He seemed to really like it. You can see the feeding tube in his nose, but by this time the IV had been removed from his head. (Thank Goodness!)

Kimball's First Day

The following video is for Grandma and Grandpa Hansen who are on a mission in Brazil.  We hope this helps satisfy your Kimball cravings.  This video is of Kimball's first day in the hospital.  You can see the IV in his hand (it later got transfered to his head).  He appears jittery because his blood sugar is not under control.  He is crying because they sliced his heel to test his blood sugar.
