I bought another Bountiful Basket this week. It's been a while since I sat down to plan the meals around a basket and I have to say that I am pretty excited with this week's menu choices.
I thought I would share, especially since a friend bought a basket this week too. (Audrey, this post is for you.)
Butter Lettuce - Lettuce wraps. I am thinking this recipe looks easy, especially if I can make the hoisin sauce from scratch.
Sweet Potato and Tomatoes - African Stew.
Orange Cauliflower - Green Curry with cauliflower over rice.
