You might remember when I zested a bunch of limes and froze the juice. Well, I decided to do the same with some lemons. Only this time I just froze the juice and the zest together. Why not, right? These cubes will be perfect to use in this lemon chicken or anything else that needs a little brightening up. What do you like to use lemons for?
